Darkness Into Light Sunrise

Darkness Into Light Sunrise … it’s starting on The Late Late Show

A special night for all Darkness Into Light supporters

Tomorrow is going to be the best and brightest sunrise of the year.

Darkness Into Light Sunrise, At 5.30 am in the morning (Satuday the 9th of May), thousands of people all over Ireland and around the world are getting together online to join the Darkness Into Light Sunrise Appeal, proudly supported by Electric Ireland, and to show their support for those affected by depression, self-harm and suicide.
Please join us.
Just go to your window, pop outside or go to your favourite local spot at 5.30am and join this extraordinary event by posting and sharing a photo or video of your sunrise on www.darknessintolight.ie.
As you know we have had to postpone our normal Darkness Into Light events until later in the year. As a result, all of Pieta’s services are now in financial crisis and at risk of having to close just when they are needed more than ever before.

That’s why your support is so important.
And that’s why tonight The Late Late Show will be supporting Darkness Into Light and Pieta, and will be focusing on the vitally important issues of mental health and suicide prevention.
And what a show it’s going to be. Ryan will be joined by such stars as Pierce Brosnan, Adam Clayton and Mary MacAleese. There will also be a very special musical performance by Mary Black, Mary Coughlan, Frances Black and Sharon Shannon. (For those outside Ireland, you can still watch the show via live-stream or on-demand for free, worldwide, on the RTE Player.)
Every gift is so important and will help Pieta provide crisis counselling for someone at the darkest moment of their lives.
So, if you, or anyone you know, would like to make a life-saving donation of €45, or whatever you can afford, to the Darkness Into Light Sunrise Appeal there is still time.

YES! I WANT TO MAKE A LIFESAVING GIFT TODAY

When the night is darkest and the need is greatest, your kindness is the brightest light of all.
