The Giving Tree | Winterval 2026

FREE to take part.

Make a Christmas decoration and bring it to the Giving Tree at City Square Shopping Centre. Families, children and local schools are invited to add their own creations to the tree.

For every decoration hung, City Square makes a donation to Tinteán Housing Association to support families in need. The community tradition began with Hasbro in George’s Court in 1986. Taking part is FREE, and the tree is in place during Winterval. It is a lovely way to add a small act of kindness to a Christmas outing.

Indoor event. This activity takes place inside the venue.
