Magical Woodland Weekend for Halloween at Mount Congreve Gardens
A fun-filled Halloween will be on offer for little ones at Mount Congreve Gardens in Waterford this Halloween.
Families won’t find spooks or scares at the beautiful gardens but a magical trail populated with some fun-filled characters who may well have a story to share along the way.
Little ones can follow the Toadstool trail from the walled gardens through the woodlands and be guaranteed to meet the Big Bird from Sesame Street, Little Red Riding Hood and the Big Friendly Bear, along with a Not So Wicked Witch.
There will be prizes for the best-dressed boy and girl. This is a fun-filled, gentle Halloween celebration with no scares! The Magical Woodland Weekend will be on offer from 1 pm to 5 pm from Saturday to Monday – October 26, 27 and 28, 2019.
The Toadstool Trail is 2 kilometres and it is buggy friendly. Tickets are €3 per child with under 2’s free; usual ticket pricing of €7 per adult applies. Tickets can be booked online at MountCongreve.com
