World’s Largest Travel Site Recognizes Tourism Destinations with the Most TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence Recipients
TripAdvisor®, the travel planning and booking site, announced the “Most Excellent” global tourism destinations that have the highest percentage of TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence recipients. Now in its eighth year, the Certificate of Excellence is given to accommodations, restaurants and experiences that deliver great service and consistently achieve high traveler reviews on TripAdvisor.

Isn’t it amazing to see that Ireland is outranking larger countries like Australia, the UK, France, Italy and event Spain.  We really have a beautiful country that people want to visit and it’s like when we get visitors to our homes we want to make sure that the house is in tip top shape.  So by all of us working together we can do our little bit to ensure that Ireland stays at the forefront when it comes to travel experiences.
We have the Waterford Greenway, Mount Congreve Gardens, Lismore Castle, Waterford City, Dungarvan, the Comeragh Mountains, history, culture, music, theatre, heritage, beaches, fishing, golf and festivals that are world class like Spraoi, Waterford Walls, Comeraghs Wild Festival, West Waterford Festival of Food and Harvest Festival, Winterval to name just a few.  Waterford certainly has a lot to offer.
