Meet the Charities Regulator Roadshow Waterford
The Charities Regulator is hosting an event in:
Tower Hotel, Waterford
Thursday 3rd October
Registration will be from 6.30pm with the first presentation beginning at 7pm.
The event will be really useful to charity trustees and employees. The topics covered will include:
the Charities Governance Code;
What happens when a concern is raised about your Charity
Roles and Responsibilities of Charity Trustees;
Advancing your Charitable Purpose.
Public and Private Benefit
These presentations were developed in response to common issues identified by the staff of the Charities Regulator in their work with charities. Senior staff from the Regulator will be available on the night to answer questions from the floor.
The new CEO of the Charities Regulator Helen Martin, will be in attendance and she is looking forward to meeting those active within the Charities Sector in Waterford.
