Visit Santa at Winterval | Winterval 2026

TICKETED. €26 per child plus online booking fee. Up to two adults at no charge. Booking essential.

Santa is returning to the medieval caverns beneath Waterford’s Medieval Museum. These underground chambers date from the 12th century and make a lovely setting for a family Christmas visit.

Children can enjoy festive games and activities while they wait, then meet Santa and share their Christmas wishes. Each child receives a gift, and each family gets a printed photograph to bring home. Entrance is via the Mall. Places are limited, so book your visit in advance.

Indoor event. This activity takes place inside the venue.
