Recently described by no less than Sir Michael Parkinson as ‘a superb performer’- Michael Burke brings his “Jazzy Jive Rock ’n’ Roll Show” to the Theatre Royal in Waterford on Sunday November 25th.
Michael is indeed a top-class singer, guitarist and showman and is usually to be found performing to audiences all over the world in theatres, festivals and the most exclusive luxury cruise ships.
His show is a tribute to the music of the classic rock ’n’ roll era with a dash of jazzy swing and jump blues. Featuring music from artists like Ray Charles, Louis Prima, Stray Cats, Chuck Berry, Bobby Darin and many more-all performed in Michael’s own dynamic style with a full band and brass section.
This promises to be a very special night of swinging, rocking, jazzy jiving good-time music and fun… so get your glad rags on… and let’s have ourselves a ball…
