Rapid Cabs are There to Help. Rapid Travel Ltd comprising of Rapid Cabs, Rapid Express Coaches and Rapid Exec are currently still operating as we are classed as one of the essential services announced by the government last Friday 27th March.
While our main focus is on supporting our hospitals and front line services we are also here for the business community in Waterford.
some of the services we can provide at present include:
- • Delivery of essential equipment to homeworkers
- • Documentation delivery to homeworkers and other clients
- • Click and Collect deliveries
- • Document signature delivery, the driver will wait for the document to be signed and return it
- • Passenger transport of essential employees All of these services are carried out under stringent procedures as part of our Covid-19 transport plan, which includes measures such as cleaning of cars in between journeys, payment by card via the app, distancing measures whereby passengers sit in the back of vehicles and we have commenced the starting of plastic partitioning of the back of vehicles.
Payment for these services can be made on account or by card. A full range of vehicles are available including larger vehicles such as eight-seater taxis and sixteen seater minibusses.
