The Scattering – Free Installation at Imagine Arts Festival

The Scattering installation can be visited free at Imagine Arts Festival in Waterford from 20 to 25 October 2026. Call into the Festival Hub at 49B O’Connell Street between 10am and 6pm daily to explore the installation at your own pace.

Will Flanagan and Eddie Kay’s Alchemy Arts production combines an immersive setting with circus and physical performance. The daytime installation offers a chance to encounter the world of the work during festival week.

The Scattering installation at the Festival Hub

The official programme invites visitors to wander through the striking installation set. It is a separate daytime experience alongside the production’s timed live performances. Allow time to look around and combine your visit with the other visual art on display in the Hub.

The Hub hosts several exhibitions during Imagine’s 25th anniversary programme. Its central location makes it a useful place to stop while exploring the festival. Each exhibition and performance has its own listing, so check dates and times for anything else you plan to attend.
