GETTING TO THE FESTIVAL:
Please ensure if traveling by CAR or taking the Portlaw SHUTTLE BUS you travel via the appropriate route marked below, both entrances have free car parking available.
For DROP OFF (by Independent bus companies, taxis, car drop off) please take take ORANGE ROUTE to Portlaw where connecting shuttle buses will take you to your appropriate festival entrance.

PORTLAW SHUTTLE BUS
The festival will be providing a shuttle bus service to and from the Centra Shop in Portlaw to the festival site throughout the weekend.
ALL TOGETHER NOW – BLUE SHUTTLE BUS
For festival goers ONLY with one of the following – GENERAL WEEKEND TICKETS (OR TICKETMASTER GENERAL WEEKEND TICKET COLLECTION)
The Portlaw Shuttle Bus to and from the festival, is for those dropped off in Portlaw by independent bus companies, taxi’s, car drop off & local residents. The shuttle bus will collect at the Centra in Portlaw and will enter the festival Dropping off at the Bus drop off point for the GENERAL WEEKEND CAMPSITE ENTRANCE (E1)

Blue Route – from 12:00hrs to 00:00hs from Portlaw to the Festival

Bus Eireann Waterford City Shuttle Bus
Bus Eireann will be running a shuttle bus to and from Waterford City direct to the festival site throughout the weekend. Times below & Tickets available here – https://goo.gl/cM8mrW
The shuttle bus will collect at the Bus Eireann Bus Depot in Waterford City Centre and will be dropping off at the Bus drop Off Point (E1) for GENERAL WEEKEND TICKETS (OR TICKETMASTER GENERAL WEEKEND TICKET COLLECTION).
The Bus Eireann shuttle bus leaving the event will pick up at bus drop off/pick point beside the Main campsite entrance (GENERAL WEEKEND CAMPSITE).
FAMILY TICKETS, PODPADS, TANGERINE FIELDS, CAMPERVANS, VIP GUEST TICKETS & ARTIST TICKETS (OR GUESTLIST COLLECTION & PERFORMER TICKET COLLECTION) travelling via Bus Eireann shuttle bus shall remain on the bus until it enters Portlaw where it will drop off at Centra where our dedicated ALL TOGETHER NOW RED SHUTTLE BUS will take you directly to the Family, PODPADS, Tangerine Fields, Campervan, VIP Guest & Performer Campsite Entrance.

AGE POLICY:
You must be aged 21 or over to gain access to ALL TOGETHER NOW with the exception of children aged 12 or below who must be accompanied by a paying adult. There is a maximum limit of two 12 & under children per adult.
Those wishing to stay in family camping must be accompanied by children aged 12 and under. A family camping ticket allows 1 adult & up to 2 free under 12 children to enter the festival and family campsite. All children 12 & under will need to be registered on arrival.
Persons aged 13-20 years old are not permitted into the festival site.

WEATHER:
We are expecting warm weather during the day over the weekend with temperatures falling at night time so please bring appropriate clothing, stay hydrated and apply sunscreen.
DRINKS:
Can I bring my own alcohol?
Yes, each person on a weekend camping ticket only is allowed to bring 48 cans OR 1 litre of Spirits OR 1.5 litre of Wine for personal consumption. These can be brought into the campsite and main arena. No glass bottles are allowed. Please drink responsibly.
Alcohol can be brought onto site at time of first entry only. There is no re-entry with alcohol once wristbanded.
Can I bring glass bottles?
For safety reasons you are not allowed to bring glass bottles into either the camping or festival site. Alcohol within your limit must be decanted into reusable containers. Any glass items, except for small make-up items and perfume/aftershave will not be permitted into the campsite or festival site. Glass can be decanted into stainless steel bottles or reusable plastic bottles. In coherence with our suitability statement no plastic including bottles will be sold on site.
Can I bring soft drinks?
Yes. We will have water for sale throughout the site is recyclable & fully refillable cartons. We will also have water refilling stations & highly encourage you to bring along a stainless steel bottle.
PLASTIC:
We are allowing festival goers to bring plastic and plastic bottles into the festival campsites, as strictly no glass is permitted. We advise to decant into stainless steel bottles or reusable plastic bottles. In accordance with our sustainability policy no single use plastic including bottles will be sold on site.
FOOD:
Can I bring food? Yes, however we will have a wide and varied selection of food stalls to cater for your every need.
PHONE CHARGING:
There will be phone charging stations on site. Please ensure your phones are fully charged before going the festival. (See site map)
TOILETS & SHOWERS:
Toilets will be located around the festival site. Showers will be available in the general campsite, family camping and campervan campsite. (See site map)
ILLICIT & ILLEGAL ITEMS:
The safety and well-being of our attendees is at the forefront of our priorities. Stringent searches will be conducted upon entry to the festival. Anyone found carrying illicit items will have them confiscated and may be removed from the festival and passed over to the Garda as a result.
Fireworks, Chinese Lanterns, flares and high power torches are not allowed.
Alcohol (over and above your personal allowance)
Illicit drugs, legal highs or nitrous oxide are not allowed.
Glass (except for small make-up items and perfume/aftershave)
Animals (except guide dogs) are not allowed.
Anything which could be considered an offensive weapon are not allowed.
Gas Cylinders are not permitted anywhere in the campsite including campervans.
Petrol Generators or liquefied Petroleum Gas is not allowed.
BBQ’s are not allowed.
Gazebos are not allowed.
Flag Poles are not allowed.
Garden Furniture in any form is not allowed.
Laser Pens are not allowed.
Professional photographic equipment is not allowed. (this applies to cameras that have detachable lenses)
Selfie Sticks are not allowed.
Drones are not allowed.
Umbrellas are not allowed.
Spray canisters / Smoke Bombs / Gas canisters are not allowed.
Megaphones are not allowed.
High Vis Clothing is not allowed.
Items for trading are not allowed.
CRIME & DISORDER PREVENTION:
We would suggest if you don’t need an item, don’t bring it especially any valuables! Remember
professional photographic equipment is not permitted at the festival. Items should not be left visible in cars.
Try not to put your wallet in your back pocket as this can be an easy target for criminals. If you are not using your phone, put it away so that it is not in reach of an opportunistic individual.
If you do lose your phone, the IMEI number on your phone is unique and can be useful when trying to track your phone. Don’t know what your IMEI is – just type *#06#* into your phone and jot it down somewhere before arriving at the festival.
If your phone is registered with your operator, they should be able to block your sim if your phone goes missing.
Don’t carry more cash than you need and it’s best to only bring the bank cards that you will be using.
We know it is safer to carry smaller amounts of cash; so we have provided visa contactless facilities at the bars on site to minimise the amount of cash you need. If you do need a top up ATMs are also available on site.
Please report any crimes as soon as possible to the nearest member of our security teams or a member of the Gardaí on site. Let us know the exact location or nearest landmark and any identifying features you can – clothing etc.
Any person participating in anti-social behaviour or causing a disruption may be liable for eviction from the festival site with no re-entry. Eviction will be at the discretion of the festival team and Gardaí.
