If you have a dog then you have to have a Dog Licence. Waterford City and County Council have brought in an easier way to pay for you pooches licence by doing so online. It costs just €20 per year or €140 for the lifetime of the dog! You can get you licence HERE.
But did you know that if you don’t have a dog license then you could have to an on the spot fine of €100 and failure to pay will get you to court where you could end up paying up to €2,500 or up to 3 months in prison!!!!!!!

Remember always clean up after you dog or it could cost you €150! The Council have gone to great lengths to to provide Poo Bags in many areas of the county so please use them!
